I’m from Mexico and traveled to Ushuaia, the end of the world, feeling lost in life in some way. I went out for a walk and found Carole’s photo. I thought it was a moving way to be present, and whoever did it always carried Carole with them. I couldn’t sleep thinking about that. I googled her name and thankfully came across this page. I’m touched by the kind of person she was. It’s always encouraging to find people like her on this earth. People like her make this a better place. Thank you, Carole. I’ve never had a grandma, but I’m sure I would have loved to be your grandson. When I’m a grandpa, I want to be like you. When I’m no longer here, I dream of being remem- bered as you are, and that someday, someone will take me on a journey and place my picture somewhere special.
